The Red Zardozi Trouser is inspired by the Zardozi embroidery of Uttar Pradesh, India.

Crafted in Cotton Corduroy, the trouser has a comfort fit with a beautiful flair at the bottom with hand-crafted detailing of dabka and cutdana. The trouser is secured with a steel trouser hook and has deep pockets.

Inspiration Craft

ZARDOZI EMBROIDERY : Known for its regal splendour, Zardozi embroidery traces its origin to the royal Mughal era. The Mughal court was a vibrant melting pot of culture, where artisans from Persia, Central Asia, and India gathered to showcase their finest skills. The royal family's love for rich and luxurous clothing inspired the craftsmen to introduce shiny gold and silver metal to clothing.

The art of weaving metal into fabric in a way that made garments shimmer came to be known as Zardozi. The resulting embroidery was so dazzling that it seemed to glow with the light of the sun.
